Deer Creek Fishing Tournament	June 1, 2012
The annual Deer Creek Reservoir Fishing tournament will be held from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June TBA, which is also Idaho Free Fishing Day. Weigh-in is at 2:30 p.m. There is a six fish limit, and prizes are based on the total weight. First prize is $400, second is $200, and third is $100. The person who catches the largest individual fish will win TBA. Registration costs $20. Pre-registration is available at the Timber Inn or Pierce Hardware, both in Pierce. You may also register at the reservoir. A separate tournament will be held for children ages 12 and under. There is no entry fee. Because the tournament is held on Idaho Free Fishing Day, you do not need a fishing license in order to participate. The Deer Creek Fishing Tournament is sponsored by the Pierce-Weippe Chamber of Commerce. For more information contact the Timber in at (208) 464-2736.

   Weigh-in is at 2:30 p.m. There is a six fish limit, and prizes are based on the total weight. First prize is $400, second is $200, and third is $100. The person who catches the largest individual fish will win TBA.

   Registration costs $20. Pre-registration is available at the Timber Inn or Pierce Hardware, both in Pierce. You may also register at the reservoir.

   A separate tournament will be held for children ages 12 and under. There is no entry fee.

   Because the tournament is held on Idaho Free Fishing Day, you do not need a fishing license in order to participate.

stdClass::$Description = "The annual Deer Creek Reservoir Fishing tournament will be held from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June TBA, which is also Idaho Free Fishing Day.

   Weigh-in is at 2:30 p.m. There is a six fish limit, and prizes are based on the total weight. First prize is $400, second is $200, and third is $100. The person who catches the largest individual fish will win TBA.

   Registration costs $20. Pre-registration is available at the Timber Inn or Pierce Hardware, both in Pierce. You may also register at the reservoir.

   A separate tournament will be held for children ages 12 and under. There is no entry fee.

   Because the tournament is held on Idaho Free Fishing Day, you do not need a fishing license in order to participate.

   The Deer Creek Fishing Tournament is sponsored by the Pierce-Weippe Chamber of Commerce. For more information contact the Timber in at (208) 464-2736."
